“I wanted to not find this helpful. Because it’s too close to my trauma. I was spiritual abused by a pastor diagnosed with boarderline personality disorder and likely many other cluster B disorders including NPD. But this is extremely helpful. It’s the first time I’ve been able to think about my recovery in the context of my spiritual life without being triggered. I hope at some point you’ll address how to recover from individuals who we try to boundary out and escape but manipulate us with statements like “this is prophecy” “you’re my soulmate”
