“Tragic, fascinating story that on no planet needed 10 episodes to be told. As others have said, there’s so much filler here. Host interjects herself early and often with first person anecdotes and observations. Towards the end, she utilizes a psychic and is breathless with childlike wonder as the psychic does the usual psychic/carnival-barker gimmick; spoiler alert, just like every psychic in crime solving history before him, the guy doesn’t solve the case either. Grateful the podcast put the story on my radar. Feel awful for the families. Almost certainly was a random car jacking/murder or something arranged by the ex-husband.”
