“There was one plot hole - maybe more of a credulity hole - that nagged me all the way through: In this day and age, you can’t get hired at a 7-11 without being thoroughly vetted. So, the idea that a hustler like Jack could good-con his way into one of the world’s foremost biotech firms and think “they” didn’t know or wouldn’t find out his real identity just isn’t believable.
So, for that one nagging factor, listening to every episode, I found myself annoyed, thinking, “The storytelling is great! The pacing is fantastic. But I know - everyone must know - that at some point this going to climax with ‘them’ revealing that they knew all along who Jack was and why he applied for a job at Nextcorp in the first place.
Or maybe I’m just a curmudgeon. Credulity hole or not, it was a great bit of storytelling. And the actors all voiced their characters to perfection. I could feel their emotions.
Hope a second season is forthcoming!”
