great but very dense
It’s a good podcast I would only recommend not trying to binge listen as the content is very dense. Thich Nhat Hanh is a personable and interesting speaker and is a joy to listen to. I think the talks are suitable for all levels but I came into this with a fair base of knowledge about Thich Nhat Hanh and this type of buddhism. If you are a person looking to learn about buddhism for the first time I would recommend this because I find his explanations always include real-world references and are therefore somewhat easy to grasp. Thich Nhat Hanh is a very well known buddhist monk, I would say one of the best known, he has written many books and toured all over the world. Prepare to think that clouds and the sky and the air are just amazing things. The word compassion is one of the first that comes to mind when listening to him.

Thay, as Thich Nhat Hanh is affectionately called, has kindness and compassion in his soft voice. He demonstrates as well as instructs how to be kind to ourselves and others, how to truly show love through understanding, I’m grateful I found this podcast.

These are nice to listen to and learn from..the coughing from the audience is a little annoying to listen to throughout them, but it's okay :)Read full review »
