“I’ve listened to the first two episodes, which are out so far. They are informative and specific. I liked the distinction he made about the 55-45 vote in the Senate, which I hadn’t heard (vote was whether to debate Constitutionality, not on Constitutionality itself) and the fact that he was willing to be somewhat deprecating of Trump’s lawyers. I thought that out of collegiality he might not share his true opinion. Elie clearly knows his stuff and is able to distill it down. I will listen daily.”
