I'm a newbie and I love it.
I have only been birdig for a little over a year and despite the fact that I don't really know a plover from a primula and that I'm based in Thailand rather than the USA, this podcast is for me. Sure there are birds mentioned that I have never heard of and probably will never see but what I get out of this podcast is that it captures the escence of what it's like to be hooked on birding and a love of these amazing animals. Bll also has a lovely way about him that makes you feel like you're right there with him whatever location or with whomever he's talking too. As of July 2015 I have listened to 49 shows with only the 50th left to look forward to at the moment. I'm saving it. i only wish there were more and more often but I'm very grateful for what is there. Ollie Northern Thailand.

More reviews of This Birding Life
I'm so hooked on this podcast. I'm a dedicated birder, but even my non-birding husband can enjoy this one. This is great to listen to in the car, on the way to work, when we would all rather be out in the wild with our binoculars.
