Honestly Encouraging
If you're looking for a podcast that makes you feel like you're hanging out with the artist in their own study having an honest conversation, look no further, you've just come across it. Award-winning author Sara Zarr talks openly and honesly about the artistic process, the creative life, her own experiences and that of other noted artists in various fields who are her guests. Sara is warm, transparent, and honest...and at times a little clumsy in the most endearing of ways, she's not contrived. At the very least - you'll have an enjoyable 45 minutes or so, at the most - you'll find tips and tricks for your own art, learn of other great resources, and be encouraged. Give it a try - it's a free podcast..what do you have to loose? 45 minutes? Trade those 45 minutes (or so) for a healthy dose of encouragement.

Listened to the Nov 1 episode during a long drive yesterday—love the new personal segment at the opening. Enjoy hearing from Zarr (because I love her books) as well as her guests.
