“I’ve been struggling for a bit to believe in God and to look forward to His plan and what He has in store for me. I feel like there are periods of time in my life where everything is good and amazing but then I get hit with certain trials that knock the wind out of me. They’re unexpected and painful and sometimes, unbearable. It’s incredibly hard to be faithful when my will is not aligned with the Lord’s. That’s the hardest part about tribulations, is knowing that they are for our growth and eternal benefit, but living in them in the moment is dark and very hopeless. Im grateful for this podcast, which was shared to me by one of my best friends. It helps me go throughout my day and think of Heavenly Father and realize that my pain has purpose and I am slowly moving forward to become the person He wants me to be. This moment, this heartache, this darkness, is only that. A moment. A second in the Lord’s time, compared to the blessings and treasures that await me when I meet my Maker and my Father. Thank you for helping me realize that.”
