“When I first saw the trailer for NBC new show This Is Us, I thought it was a sci-fi show. I remembered the statistic about 18 Million people in the world having the same birthday. I thought these people were going to be swapping bodies/lives somehow. Eagerly I watch the first episode. Nobody swap body and I missed the last scene at the hospital. So, I thought well it took awhile for Heros to get going; maybe the next episode will have the sci-fi element. I check afterbuzz and tune in on your discussion; sadly I missed the last bit of your aftershow too. However, I heard your praises and decided to give This Is Us a chance. I missed the recap at the begging of the 2nd episode. I was totally confused for a few heartbeat until I figured out the relationship. This show is Genius!!! I was hooked!!! Thank you team!!!”

“Too chaotic for my taste—hosts are often loud, boisterous, laughing about silly stuff and side talk which to me detracts from a real discussion of the episode. They do seem to be enjoying themselves so I guess that’s a good thing. But I’m out.”
