Must listen, as a White Woman, Glad I did.
As a law clerk to three judges in Salt Lake, I saw ICWA cases on occasion in the short year I was there. Now I’m doing civil litigation, nothing dealing with family law, but this podcast is chilling. The storytelling is extraordinary, I could listen to the author, Rebecca Nagle, all day, she has that kind of voice. She also explains the importance of tribes in a way that’s helped me talk about this with my friends and family. So, thank you. Praying the court case goes against them!!
