The topics they discuss resonate deeply within me. It makes me feel not so alone; like I’m not the only one struggling to make sense of emotions that keep coming up. Anna and Kristina make you realize that we all suffer from the same constraints of being human and our biggest priority should be self love. Their openness with their own struggles and how they have come to accept and be one with is inspirational and motivational. Can’t recommend these ladies enough.
