“I’m a long-time listener and I’m glad that the show is now more frequent, but i almost wonder if it’s better as biweekly, as there’s not as always as much to discuss?
Good and bad below:
Good:
1. Lots of interesting topics
2. Appreciate the roundup of travel news
3. Often gives useful advice and recommendations in general and for destinations
4. Some good guests.
5. NOT political. The people complaining about that are clearly Covidiots. My only complaint is on the opposite end (see below)
Bad:
1. Some guests less interesting than others.
2. Miss the former third host, Chris, at times
3. Sometimes can just be a litany of travel itineraries far beyond what regular people can hope for (obvi less of an issue during the pandemic)
4. The one host, Jen, repeatedly says she wants to wait as long as possible to get the vaccine seemingly with zero good reason, but is more than happy to cross state and international borders, visit family, and go to movie theaters, etc. Vaccine hesitant people who are still doing normal things are the reason the rest of us are still stuck in this endless loop. Reading other reviews it seems I’m not the only one who thinks she’s a drag on the podcast.”
