If you hit training plateaus regularly you’ll appreciate these guys
While elite level performers themselves, John & Isaiah I’d say are targeted at the serious amateur level athletes who want the best results they can achieve within a dedicated amateur commitment level around work/life, and this is clearly a huge demographic. The problem I see perhaps is that a lot people who fit this demographic maybe see themselves as serious athletes with pro ambitions, so they might miss some of the gems of advice that these two share when it comes to maximising short time windows and managing recovery. I’m constantly working on improving my leaping ability around a busy schedule and often when I hit a plateau, period of fatigue, or motivational rough patch, they’ll come up with a timely piece of advice that helps me to keep edging forwards. The result is my motivation is far more consistent because I’m constantly setting goals that are varied and interesting while not always too intense.

John, Isaiah, Conor, and Hunter offer great insights into how to get more athletic. Period. Full stop. They weave a great story by combining facts and personal stories across a number of sports. So far, so awesome.
