I'm excited to talk about what I believe is a crucial aspect of being a leader: staying the course. This has been something I've tried to live out in my own personal life for years. I want to be someone who not only starts well but ends well, and I have mentors and pastors in my life who have modeled this for me. There's something beautiful about longevity – long-lasting relationships, marriages, friendships, and careers. God blesses longevity, and I want to be a person with longevity attached to my life. Think about how you can be a person of longevity this week. Whether in relationships, marriage, career, or organization, bring your character, competence, and consistency. When you do, you'll begin to thrive – as a husband, wife, friend, leader, or person of God. Remember, you were not created to survive, but to thrive.
