Fascinating! Gave me a new respect for forests
I just binged Timber Wars. They created a fantastic, informative, and inspiring podcast and it makes me excited to hear more like this from OPB in the future. It literally change the way I look at Forest; lately my hikes in the North Cascades and Olympic National Park have been all about pushing high up in the mountains for the amazing views and I often viewed the walk through the forest as the boring part. Now I’m excited about getting into the old growth forest and really looking at them with a new set of appreciative eyes. I even started googling where the biggest known trees are in Washington state so I can go check those out at some point. And I’m really hoping they do another podcast series on the forest fire side of things. That would be equally fascinating.

Episodes are perfectly bite-sized, yet thorough,...Read full review »
