Delightful surprise
I thought I’d give this book a try and was quite pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the story and the production. I’m a fan of SK and The Dark Tower pre-car accident, and this story feels like it could live naturally in that world, while still having original characters and plot. The writing started to overuse the phrase “Time as it was” a bit towards the end, but otherwise the language felt seamless with the world and was quite catchy. I would (and did) recommend this to other readers/listeners.
