“I used to be a hige fan of TLo’s blog. I can remember when they did Virgins and Vixens, and actually enjoyed Project Runway. I felt that it was an educational fashion blog that managed to be subversive and fun as well – even taking a few swipes at Hollywood, all in good fun. As the blog grew, the fun factor took a plunge – and honestly I started drifting away when they became part of the fashion machine and hanging out with PR contestants, and started taking swipes at their commenters for having different opinions. I can’t remember when I last read the blog.
When I saw that there was a podcast, I admit, I was looking for some of the old magic. Perhaps a new venture would bring back some of fun. Not so … In the first podcast they delivered they reminder that they could be friends with celebrities if they wanted to, but they don’t want to compromise their integrity. That did it for me.
If you are fan of TLo now, you’ll like this podcast … but if you are like me and were looking for a glimmer of the fun TLo used to be … it’s not here.”
