Furthermore, the increased acceptance of raw and fresh food for pets in this industry has grown instrumentally, and the women talk about how they are excited about that and the vast options out there for dog and cat owners. They talk about how they approach talking to customers about adding fresh food and ingredients to their dogs bowls, even if that just means some fruits and veggies that are already in the home. They talk about the importance in gaining customer trust, when it comes to talking about health and wellness and not having a veterinary degree.
