I’ve been checking my PSA for years. Last year it crossed to 4.1 and so I had an MRT that found cancer at an early stage. The alternative was 40 radiations or removal. I chose the latter as the radiation changes the structure of the gland and makes a layer removal very difficult indeed. The famous 4-arm DaVinci robot did the job perfectly and I was out and about 5 days later. The only negative side is the catheter which is required for 5-9 days and damages the protective glands in the penis’s head.
Thanks for the podcast and MEN check your PSA once a year even if you’re charged.
