Interesting Insights
I find Kara Swisher’s insights into the tech industry great because she knows so many of the big players. I first watched her on CNBC years ago. I know less about Scott, but his insights into entrepreneurship and business are pretty good, too. I personally would prefer no crude jokes or swearing so I could listen to the show when the kids are around. But there are lots of other podcasts to listen to when they come around. Scott maybe do an episode on branding and what you think the jokes do for your brand. Do you get more viewers because of the jokes? Or does it hurt your brand? Do you recommend that other people should say jokes like this in business situations? I would love to hear your analysis on this and Kara’s perspective.

4 stars for subject matter, but sorry, the frequent, unfunny distractions are too much. One ep is all I could make it through. Unsubscribed.

I like the topics and I'm a big fan of Lauren from the VergeCast but I don't think Kara compliments Lauren in a way to make this a playlist I'd subscribe to. Overall I'd suggest recasting Kara's spot with someone from TheVerge that compliments her like Walt compliments Nilay.Read full review »

Having the host talk over the guests every time they speak is totally unacceptable and really kills the overall quality of the pod. Very disappointed.
