Amateurism & The NCAA
Listen now
Description
For over a century, college athletes were required to perform for no pay. That included money won at tournaments outside the NCAA, or sponsorship payments from companies for using their products on social media. Molly's brother Jeremy Bloom joins us to discuss his own personal fight against these stringent stipulations, and how athletes have finally begun to make money off the big business that exists because of their talents and their sacrifices. Hosted by Molly Bloom. Produced by FilmNation Entertainment in association with Gilded Audio.
