In this TowerTalk, Dr. Matthew Milliner explores the theme of repentance throughout art history. Although the Romantic notion of the artist as rule breaker is still dominant, a less noticed, but far more pervasive theme, is artists who turned to traditional religion, and gave a record of that conversion in their artwork.
