Dr. Arthur Holmes • This chapel address, delivered by the late Dr. Art Holmes ('50, MA '52; Professor of Philosophy, faculty 1951-1994), powerfully and eloquently restates the central conviction that guided him over the course of his 43 years of teaching at Wheaton. In this lecture – we might call it a sermon – Professor Holmes emphasizes that through Christ, all things, including our hearts, minds, and spirits, are being reconciled to God.
