What is the right winrate for your trading? And why smaller winners are better. #199
Description
Last week, I tweeted a poll on my Twitter account (https://twitter.com/Tradeciety) and I gave traders the choice between three trading strategies.
1. 80% Winrate and 1:1 RRR
2. 50% Winrate and 2:1 RRR
3. 30% Winrate and 5:1 RRR
And although most traders gave the correct answer when looking at the numbers only, there is a lot more to choosing the right trading system than just pure money.
In this week´s podcast episode, I talk about the most important concepts when it comes to winrate, reward:risk ratio, and what traders should consider in their trading.
