Bummed to be out of episodes!
I have been listening to all of the episodes in succession and now have to wait for weekly ones. 😒 At first I was a little unsure of the content. There were a lot of fbombs but not a lot of helpful content. But I continued listening because everyone has to start somewhere in learning a new craft. I am so glad that I did! I consider myself an avid hiker, even though I’ve not completed a thru hike. I’ve learned a lot about a variety of trails, picked up a hiking tip or 2, and was inspired to start hiking the NH 48. I bagged 6 peaks during the 46 climbs event, which I learned about via Trail Tales. (I even joined the TT team in fundraising). I like Kyle’s format as it reminds me of shooting the breeze with other hikers at a camp site.

My passion for hiking was reignited after decades and now I feel more connected new generations through Trail Tails. As a sober hiker I especially appreciate hearing from others who experience is not centered around intoxication.

This podcast rocks if you’re a hiking nerd...especially AT and NE Peak Bagging! Kyle is funny and his guests are amazing! I listen on my drives from Maryland to the ADK and the time flies by.
