Meditation minus the strange stuff
“Don’t worry, I’ll explain this and that’s the only strange thing I’m only going to say” That together with great 👍🏾, straight forward, guided meditation is what I heard during the first TMG episode I listened to. After browsing a few more, thankfully this theme continues. In summary, it’s meditation 🧘 minus the strange stuff. So as good as the others, but 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️better. For the full review, try to calmly keep reading. If you can’t try some of TMG’s meditations and try again. One of the minor things that puts me off guided meditations is the nonsense, new age, hippie stuff people say. One of the major things is the energy healing crystals, chakras, bordering flat earth 🌏 science, stuff they say. People are entitled to those views, I actually like talking to those people, but I don’t want to hear it when trying to meditate 🧘‍♂️. I was expecting all that stuff with TMG, but after a handful of episodes, I can say they are minimal to unnoticeable. I say unnoticeable because not only am I able to breathe easier (pun intended), the narrator (meditation guider guy) is a breath of fresh air, and because he’s NOT saying so much strange stuff, I’m able to focus on my breath, my breathing, and the meditation. After deliberating and meditating 🧘 on whether I should or shouldn’t write a review, as he is giving this out for free and I’ve benefited so much, and I can let go of all my puns and relax, I can calmly say it’s the least I should do. Again, in summary it’s meditation 🧘 minus the strange stuff. So as good as the others, but 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️better.
