“I absolutely love listening to the episodes. Cara’s voice is so soothing. In one of the episodes, particularly episode 13- vacationing with a child five and under, this episode motivated me so much to go on a trip with my four month old and my 3.5 year old.Also, it was my husband’s birthday weekend as well. So as the episode mentioned, yes, you have to pack so I packed everything and we took everything with us. The episode also mentioned that you have to practice with your child going on trips, there will be some hits and some misses. Well, in my case it was both a hit and a miss but most of it was an absolute HIT. My child sleep schedule was disturbed a little, but we adjusted and we took a nap whenever we could. In one of the episodes Cara also mentions about not planning and just going on your trip and deciding what to do there. Well, this tip also worked for us. There were moments where my child was having a hard time, and we handled it with love, empathy, warmth, and a gentle touch reminding my child that we love him no matter what. Thank you, Cara and the guest speakers for such empowering words and allowing families such as mine, to make wonderful memories. I look forward towards listening to the rest of the episodes and especially, the e-book!”
