Episode 86: Mindful. Adventure. Travel
Description
Hello Travelers,
This episode was recorded on location in Montana as part of a mindful adventure travel experience with Recal Travel.
This was a unique experience as part of Recal's quiet park series in Glacier National Park. The adventure included breath work, yoga, meditation, walks in nature, camping, cold dips, s'more making and connecting with other like-minded travelers.
In this episode we'll meet the Founder of Recal Travel Anthony Lorubbio to learn where the idea came from to launch mindful adventure travel experiences. We'll hear some of the sounds of nature, the quietness of Kintla Lake, deemed one of the quietest places on earth by Quiet Parks International and hear from the trip coach, Scott Stone as well other participants on the adventure.
Travel With Meaning is a huge advocate for shared experiences in nature as a way to connect with ourselves, others and nature. The recalibration that comes from taking time to pause is a gift we could all benefit from. If you're interested in any future trips with Recal Travel use the code TWM and if you find other shared experiences in nature that fill you up please share them with us and use the #Travelwithmeaning when something moves, touches, and inspires you.
In this episode of the Travel with Meaning podcast, we sit down with Henley Vazquez, co-founder of Fora Travel and a self-proclaimed hotel junkie.
