Kebabologist, entrepreneur, zytholog, marathon runner... JEAN-MARC is a British-Swiss citizen of the world, who has a lot of hats, and almost as much incredibly positive Couchsurfing references. We met in Spain and I was lucky enough to interview him while he was catching his breath, during a break between his life in Madrid and a new big odyssey in Asia.
