“So I’m kinda mad I’m just now finding out about this podcast lol, because it started around the time that I just started watching the show
. Just some quick backstory on me: I was like a freshman or sophomore in HS when this show came out so technically I was the target audience age group when it first came out. But I never thought about watching it because as a young black male I didn’t think I could relate to any of it haha (like I knew none of my homies was watching it lol).
Flash forward to either 2015 or 2016 and I start watching because I saw a piece of an episode being aired on some network I can’t recall and I saw the guys playing basketball, and I’m a huge b-ball fan so I thought maybe it’s worth giving it a try. Now it’s definitely one of my favorite series ever, despite its often cheesiness. I was captivated by the drama, the unrealistic basketball scenes & the hot actresses like Sophia Bush and Hilarie Burton lol.
You ladies do a good job and going into depth of each episode and sharing your thoughts in a way that’s both humorous and witty. I’m also impressed that you did the entire series, I’m sure that took real commitment! Right now I’m winding down listening to your season 2 episodes. I’m trying to take a break from watching a lot of tv so instead of rewatching each episode I’m just listening to you guys talk about it because it’s like the same thing but better! I could never get my sisters to watch it with me so now I’m always itching to hear your thoughts and predictions each episode haha.
