Beneficial Drill Info for endurance
The 3-5-7 Breath technique was a real eye-opener for developing endurance, strength in my swim strokes. I appreciated knowing how often to practice it and some of the benefits it produces besides swimming in waves (ocean and tri groups). It was hard to go back to my regular 3 count strokes after doing this drill a few times because I was stronger.

TONS of practical info and inspiration esp for beginner triathletes. I LOVE the interviews with coaches and athletes. You get to hear not just one, but many great opinions on training methods.
