“I do like this podcast a lot, it’s a great resource for anyone who is practicing for pub trivia. I’ve been listening for several years now, and the reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because I think the main players/hosts (not generally the wonderful guest players and hosts) are getting a bit whinier. Occasionally when they get miss something they complain that the question was either misleading, poorly written or impossible to answer. Of course that being said they’re not always wrong, when they host the questions can be overly wordy and convoluted in an effort to flex how clever they are? I dunno, if you get impatient like I do sometimes, use your skip ahead button. I really do stand by the quality of the trivia even if you find the players a little much at times. I know they have a big supportive community online plus several other podcasts on their channel so obviously people really do like the banter, just keep in mind this isn’t Jeopardy (haha) and is mostly discussion about the questions and subsequent answers, which yes, is helpful for trivia practice.”
