The Sorenson Murders
Listen now
Description
Doris and Allen Sorenson owned a jewelry store in Windsor, Colorado, for more than two decades. They were known for being quiet people who kept to themselves, but in the fall of 1984, their neighbors and customers noticed that they hadn’t been seen in days and hadn’t opened their store. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the murders of the Sorensons. The police found the bodies of Doris, Allen, and their dog inside their home. There have been a number of theories in the case. One ties back to a burglary of their store a year before the murders. At least one law enforcement officer has named a possible suspect who committed a series of crimes around the area. Almost 40 years later, the murders remain unsolved with few leads.
