“If she’s trying to have a normal and interactive conversation with the people she interviews then she’s doing a god awful job. The most recent episode where she interviews the survivors of the children of god cult is a perfect example of that. She only ever focuses on one of the survivors and when one of them tells something personal she barely gives any feedback on it. It’s mainly just a one sided conversation, which is such a bummer since she had such a fantastic opportunity to interview and interact with people who went through so much. Besides that this podcast is painfully boring, I only went back to it since I had nothing else to listen too and I instantly regretted it lol. You can find better content elsewhere.”
