“I really like the hosts and their voices. I love that they don’t make the show about themselves. This show may very well bring new information on some of these cases to help get them solved!
The information is presented well. The information is given with sources from actual research, instead of just regurgitating what others have said based on zero actual evidence. The way they set up each situation and discuss why or why not this or that happens is easy to follow. The amount of information they provide can be a bit overwhelming, so it’s great how they walk through and explain it.
Whether it’s a hot topic or something they are trying to approach that’s not as well known, this show lays it out there. The shows based on one specific individual should be listened to in order. The series is just as informative as the minis they bring up.
I’m almost done with the 2020 season 1. Looking forward to 2021 season 2.
The only thing I would like to see improve: the audio quality of the conversations when they’re recording from their “mobile” locations (phone calls) or recorded audio. Sometimes the volume drops so it sounds like dead air if you don’t turn the volume up fully. Other times, I have to rush to turn it down before the neighbors get to enjoy True Crime XS also.”
