Love the topic podcast needs improvement
The premise of this show is to interview authors of true crime. It would be great except 1: the host sounds like if he or someone he asked made a list of questions and he is just going down the list. Many times throughout the podcast u get the sense he checked out and was reading some emails or something then went on to the next question when he heard the author stop talking. The host just seems either disinterested or unskilled. The other problem is that some of the authors are bad interviewees. Therefore a bad interviewer with a bad interviewee makes for a really difficult show. I like true crime and I really want to like this show but it needs major improvement.

More reviews of True Murder
This podcast is very interesting, and the macabre aspects are secondary to the fact that these horrible crimes are actually true. They seem too hard to believe, it's incompressible what humans are capable of, good and bad.Read full review »

I've read some reviews calling this a good podcast but the interviewer is terrible. I don't understand how that's really possible but I think the interviewer does a great job of asking questions and letting the author speak about their book an their subject for themselves. Great job!Read full review »
