I have some issues with the message.
I very much enjoyed listening to this podcast and then I listened to the “are you smothering” him podcast. Reason you are smothering him is expecting the same amount of contact and actions after the relationship is established. That is unfair and untrue. You should not expect your partner doing the bare minimum and then putting it back on the woman saying now, “she’s overbearing, she’s insecure” how about men should be held just as accountable for their actions as women are for their reactions. If you have a partner and texting them, making plans with them is now smothering in an established relationship then it needs to be talked about and why the action feels smothering. Very turned off to this podcast now. It seems like nothing but excuses on how men act and why, it’s not valid or heathy.

This guy just adheres to the most blatantly sexist gender stereotypes and it’s quite nauseating to listen to. Not a fan.

Carlos, I’d like to hear about what do when you feel like you’re frozen in a deep freeze? Its seems as if you may have met someone that could go the distance but then the big freeze shows up? What next!
