“With all due respect to all the energy and effort that went into creating this podcast—we’re so over COVID. It’s the equivalent of a byword now. Vaccine, no vaccine, we’re the ones who survived. And while we grieve for those who didn’t, deciding now that they should’ve gotten the vaccine won’t bring them back. Sure, this podcast could still be valuable as a reminder there’s fake news out there, but do we really need that? We see fake news everyday. I don’t see how this podcast could truly pitch an interesting, thought-provoking story, with mystery and intrigue, and not just beat a dead horse we’re sick of talking about.”
