Lara Arias, the Superintendent from The Marco Simone Golf and Country Club and last years Ryder Cup, joins Adam and Trevor to talk some turf. Lara tells us about her career getting into golf course maintenance and shares what it is like to be extremely dedicated and involved with the golf course.
