Hidden in God with Christ
Finley is providing context and poetic texture to the growing awareness of my false self and experience of the true self. That vastness and endless expansion that I experience as my reality, one in which I encompass and am simultaneously encompassed by that which is beyond words or understanding, but nevertheless I must try, knowing that in the naming I am somehow diminishing the totality of a shared experience; that reality which though deeply known in the intimacy of a moment, always flits in and out of the shadows of my daily life, he has connected the dots of that mystery for me.
