“I think this podcast is at its best when they talk about shows in a more lit-crit type of way. I get frustrated with the time spent on off topic points or personal anecdotes that take away from analysis of the show. Some of my favorite hosts, like joanna and Chris, seem like their commentary becomes much more shallow when they can’t engage with a co-host who keeps things moving and reciprocal. Stay on topic and analyze the content because these TV shows are meaty - that’s the whole point of the podcast!”
