Five stars because I always want to hear what Black women have to say. As a Black man I appreciate the subject matter and how it’s parsed. As a comms strategist, I will offer one note regarding tone: Joy, at times, does come across as though she’s chastising the listener. It’s a bit of harsh tone. I think it’s worth considering how enjoyable that would be for listeners and if that is sustainable. Taylor dissects the same topics but doesn’t come off the same way. Just my two cents. I will be listening/supporting either way. Wishing yall much success!
