The following is a conversation with Jesse De Luca who filmed the Grenville-sur-la-rough, Quebec, Canada UAP/UFP drone footage on May 19th 2024. Footage he described as “out of place footage” and footage he “just cannot explain”. Jesse works for a pet company as a reptile specialist, he records wildlife footage on his Diji Mini 3 Pro, trail cams and through his photography.
