Subjective twaddle
Where the presenter sticks to the facts of a case he does well enough. However, when he begins to speculate on political motivations, or make sweeping predications of future legal and social developments, he is unfocused, unbalanced and frequently wrong. He should be a little more careful in future to stick to what he knows, or at least, has time or will to intelligently analyse.

I’ve been listening to it for a while now and it’s remarkable the range of law it covers. The explanations offered of the Supreme Court’s decisions are succinct and accessible.

I have listened to any video that Marcus has posted on the subjects I studied because I find his structure and explanation very clear and the extra quotes for brownie points in essays all come from his videos!
