“This is a delightful and very useful podcast. The narrator, Anna, has an obvious love for her subject matter, and seems to delight in each lesson. She also ends each lesson with endearing little “cultural notes.“
I have found this very useful in my efforts to pick up some working knowledge of Ukrainian.
I returned to Ukraine seven weeks ago, and am now staying in Kyiv. When I lived here for a few years long ago, I studied Russian, but I never studied Ukrainian. It probably makes it a easier for me to learn Ukrainian this time.But this podcast is really excellent. It does a very nice job of picking different topics and presenting them in a useful and helpful way. And it strikes just the right balance between learning the fundamentals and skipping some of the technical challenges of case and conjugation. It also provides some excellent supplementary written material.”
