As a semi-retired lawyer who loves building, this podcast is really good for anyone who want to know what today’s “best practices” are in residential construction & building. Yes, the volume needs improvement (get better microphones and speak into them guys). There are a lot of ways to build ... and what’s best in one climate may not be any good in another climate. But just knowing the best practices is empowering. Keep up the good work boys! Mike C Spring TX
