Brilliant, The Varieties of Religious Experience for the 21st Century.
This podcast is Danny Robins’ best work yet. A beautiful, mysterious and lovingly humane poem to human experience. As each person is allowed to tell their own ghost story, we feel the power of the poetry of the soul, recognise our own fears in theirs, and are returned to the wellspring of our shared humanity: the deep wonder of story telling itself. If William James had written The Varieties of Religious Experience in the 21st century, with the help of his brother Henry, it would be something like this podcast. With each turn of the screw we’re brought closer to the awesome mysteries and myths that build our worlds.

So glad you’re back,Danny. Your ‘Haunted’ was awesome, and this series has the same authentic vibe as that one had. You are an inspiration.
