“The stories are brilliant but the presenter ruins it. The laboured attempts to build suspense are extremely off putting and patronising; it would be better to let the stories speak for themselves. Danny is too much, as though he is narrating a live show and trying to artificially build drama into the narrative, it’s pretty amateur. He could be really likeable if he stopped over doing it and the podcast would be a lot better.”
