Naïve narrators
The story is interesting and the podcast is at its best when interviewing the townspeople. When the hosts/narrator speculate and chat at the end of the episodes, though, it’s a little annoying. Before they started interviewing people older than they are (as the people in this story are) they should have befriended or at least spent some time around people of that generation because these narrators sound so naïve in those parts of the episode; it’s like they’re aliens dropped on earth who never met anybody over the age of 35. Not sure I’ll keep listening, but if I do, I stop the episode when they start chatting at the end.

Perhaps some genealogical research...Read full review »
