“While the subject is actually pretty interesting and the interviews add a lot to the discussion, sometimes it feels like some run of the mill true crime podcast made by some college freshmen besties, due to the fact that the production team sometimes get together and share some personal feelings about the case. Like an overly long telephone call between friends. It adds nothing to the story, when the hosts debate their feelings if a character was truly in love with the victim or not. Also, sometimes there’s music added that tries to provoke some emotion in the listener, which feels out of place.”
